The volunteers pass out materials, collect all orders and pre-payments that are due within four weeks.

Total collected payments are then sent Occasion Specialties using the return envelopes provided. All coffee orders will then be shipped to your location within four weeks for you to disperse to your volunteers to fulfill all donor orders.

Occasion Specialties provides the product, the promotional materials, and the support your organization needs for a successful fundraiser. Suggested pack sales are as follows:

• One 2-oz. bag of coffee @ $3.49 ($2.49 cost = $1.00 profit for your organization)
• Three 2-oz bags of coffee @ $10.00 ($7.47 cost = $2.53 profit for your organization)
• Eight 2-oz bags of coffee @ $26.00 ($19.92 cost = $6.08 profit for your organization)

As an example of the Occasion Specialties fundraising opportunity, suppose your group was comprised of 50 members. If each of those members sold 100 bags of coffee (average sale amount = $3.49), net proceeds for your group would be $5,000!
